Installed harness inventory protocol

This folder owns the versioned harness.installed.list ordinary-read contract. Request parameters are the exact empty object. The success projection is schema version 2 with exactly five catalog items in order: codex, cursor, grok, mistral-vibe, and pi.

detected is true only when status is detected. selected and authorized are literal false. reason is absent for a detected item and required otherwise. Paths, versions, file identities, raw errors, credentials, account state, and launch readiness are not on the wire.

This is a source-implemented protocol candidate. The node handler, SDK listInstalledHarnesses, and maia runtime list now project this ordinary read as a blocked, release-disabled candidate. The protocol folder still owns only the wire contract; it is not a mutation or release-qualified product surface.
